  • Reservations can only be made in person at the Duncanville Recreation Center.
  • The rental payment is due a minimum of 7 days before the rental in order to reserve the facility.
  • The rental deposit is due within 7 days of submitting your rental request.
  • Payment options include cash, check, and credit cards.

Damage Deposits

The damage deposit will assure the city that funds are available should the event go past its scheduled rental time or any damages occur.

Deposits are listed for the following facilities:

  • Park Pavilions – $100 deposit

Rain Outs

Rained out rescheduling or refund request must be made no more than seven calendar days after the rental date in order to receive a free rental or full refund.

Note:

Bounce houses are allowed with copy of company’s liability insurance. Water features, petting zoos, and pony rides are not allowed.
