DUNCANVILLE, TX — Duncanville Police and Fire Departments have been informed that some residents may experience issues calling 9-1-1 today due to an outage impacting the region. All 911 calls should be automatically routed to the backup center. If you have an issue calling 911, please call our non-emergency line at (972) 223-6111, option 4. As always, Duncanville Police and Fire personnel are on standby to assist our residents.
